Will I give my vehicle to someone I do not know?
No. You see drivers with verified documents, set the terms and approve the handover.
Who guarantees my payment?
Nobody guarantees earnings. Motorista’s guarantee is the record itself: one weekly reconciliation both sides can see.
What happens when there is a problem?
Decisions at critical transitions and disputes are not automatic; a person reviews them.
